  • What services do you offer?
Private Training (1 on 1), Semi-Private Training (up to 3), Small Group Training (up to 8), and Nutrition Coaching. Get started with your complimentary No-Sweat Intro. This is where you meet with one of our expert trainers to take a tour of our awesome facility and to discuss your personal health and fitness goals, gather your initial body composition metrics using our InBody scan, and complete a movement assessment. From there, our experts will provide you with professional recommendations of which program is best suited for you. Whether you prefer an intimate setting and require individualized attention, private training would be best to get started before branching out to our Small Group Training program. The Small Group classes are offered at specific times during the week where you will be in a group of up to 8 participants. We also offer Nutrition Coaching for those looking to learn how to improve their eating and lifestyle habits. Whichever program you choose, know you have experts on your side to help guide you through your fitness journey!
  • How much is it?
Prices and packages vary in cost depending on the program you choose to participate in. You are welcome to try any Group Training session for free your first time. To better understand the value we offer, we recommend scheduling a No-Sweat Intro with one of our expert trainers.
  • How do I book an appointment?
If it’s your first time, we recommend booking a No-Sweat Intro If it's your first Small Group Session For private and semi-private training, please speak with your trainer or look at their open availability on the Halo Academy app.
  • Are you open to the public?
No, Halo Academy is a private gym. Meaning we offer services exclusively for those who have signed up for a tailored fitness program (private or semi-private personal training, small group training, and nutrition coaching). We welcome all walks of life and support building a healthy lifestyle no matter your starting point, we just ask you to book an appointment first.
  • What makes Halo Academy different?
Halo Academy is a one-stop-shop for all things fitness. We offer our expertise in all areas of health and fitness. So, whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a beginner, or one looking to learn how to exercise with proper form. Unlike most gyms, we are private which allows us to have free reign of the gym floor-no fighting for equipment with anyone, no random strangers creeping on your workout, or no obnoxious music in the background. We customize each workout to the individual, even down to your music preference. It’s a fully equipped gym with everything you would need to be successful in your training session. We pride ourselves in keeping a clean, safe space for you to learn proper movement patterns and how to live a healthier, happier lifestyle.
  • What do I need to bring?
You may bring a water bottle and a sweat towel if you’d like, however we do provide those in case you did not. Other than that, come prepped in appropriate workout apparel and bring a positive attitude!
  • Can I pet the dogs?
Of course! Karcie and Ruby are lovable, playful golden retrievers that would love to greet you when you walk in. They are kept in a separate space away from the gym so they won’t bother you while you workout (they’re likely napping the entire time). We have a lint roller on hand in case any of their glitter gets on you.
  • Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! We encourage bringing a friend or relative to join your session, doubling the fun! If you’d like to continue working out with your +1, we’d ask to upgrade your package to a Semi-Private Training (2-3 people). First time guests are always welcome to attend a Group Training session complimentary.
  • What makes your Small Group different from others?
At Halo Academy, Small Group Training is like having a personal coach in a fun squad (up to 8 peeps). You'll nail those functional moves, score one-on-one tips, and be backed by a whole squad of cheerleaders! Small group training offers a balance between personalized instruction and the social dynamics of group fitness classes, making it a popular choice for those looking for a more individualized and supportive workout experience.
  • Where do I park?
Directly in front of the building (on Old Lancaster Rd), there are a couple compact parking spaces available. However if you’re in a larger vehicle, we ask you park in the Bronze lot, located diagonally across from Halo Academy entrance. There is an additional parking garage located adjacent to Handel's Ice Cream.
