GROUP TRAINING

This group training fitness class is a comprehensive workout program that focuses on enhancing functional movements, strength, metabolic conditioning, and mobility. The class is designed to provide a full-body workout that targets multiple fitness components to improve overall health and fitness.

Functional movements are exercises that mimic real-life movements, such as squatting, lifting, and bending, to improve everyday activities. Strength training is included to build muscle and increase strength, while metabolic conditioning is integrated to boost cardiovascular fitness and burn fat.

Mobility exercises are also incorporated to improve flexibility and range of motion, which can help prevent injuries and improve overall movement quality. The class is led by a qualified instructor who guides participants through the exercises, ensuring proper form and technique for optimal results.
