Helping others is my passion! I want you to feel great, healthy, and overall, the best possible version of yourself. 

Before the gym became my everyday setting, I once worked in an office, behind a desk. I understand the struggle of the 9 to 5 hectic work schedule, which is why I decided to leave that and help busy professionals like yourself to create sustainable healthy lifestyles. 

I focus on all aspects of health: fitness, nutrition, and mental, providing you with the tools necessary to be successful on whatever fitness journey you want to embark on. From my experiences with half-marathons, playing soccer, bodybuilding competitions, obstacle course races, and just training in general, I have learned that no matter what you do, you must be consistent. You have to show up. You have to be willing, ready, and able to put in the work. 

My ultimate goal is to help guide you on a path of building a solid foundation so that you can enjoy all that life has to offer, hiking, biking, walking in nature, all with ease. Whether you are looking to lose some weight, gain muscle mass, perhaps you’re rehabbing an injury or just trying to stay in shape… Halo Academy is just the place for you.
